WHT-Samlast A/S is a transport- & haulage company, specialised in offering and arranging national and international transports of wine, spirits and victuals. The daily operations are taking place from our office situated in Hedehusene/DK and Odense/DK. Transports is usually from destinations in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.
WHT-Samlast A/S is acknowledged by the Danish authorities (”Fødevarestyrelsen”) to store and arrange transports of packed, non perishable victuals. Click here to view authorisation
WHT-Samlast A/S wants to be considered as an environmental confident, serious and respectful company within transport and forwarding of goods. To achieve this goal, our company wants to contribute with an environmental policy. The base of compiling an environmental policy is that our activities imply use of the nature’s resources, which gives us a responsibility for the environment.
Our environmental policy is meant to result in a solid improvement of the company by minimising waste and use of energy as well as continuously improve the environmental aspects in the company.
Our company’s environmental policy is formulated in the following points.

Use nature’s resources, water and energy effectively to minimize our influence on the environment.

Minimize quantity of waste.

Maintain high standards of security for the company’s employees and encourage responsible environmental attitudes within our activities.

Strive to a rational environmental transport strategy.

Optimize route planning.

Optimize exploitation of trucks.

Avoid unnecessary fuel consumption and idle driving.

Use tools for route planning to ensure, that the company’s tasks is planned with the least possible distance in order for minimize fuel consumption, vehicle noise and exhaust emissions.
As WHT-Samlast A/S does not own trucks, environmental tasks for points such as tires, fuel consumption for each truck, washing machines, chemicals for cleaning and replacement of trucks is not incorporated in our environmental policy. Never the less our attention is focused on using trucks complying with the newest Euro-norms is order to secure minimal vehicle noise and exhaust emissions
We intend to work systematically with the environmental process and implicate suppliers, customers and other partners to achieve better standards in environmental policy.
We, as well, will have focus towards new possibilities to improve the environmental qualities of our service and our products in order to keep these to minimum of damage to human and environment.
